The boots help you burn calories faster and reduce impact on your joints all while moving and grooving to a fast-paced dance track!The rebounding boots (Kangoo Jumps) were originally created for rehabilitation because of the low impact on joints, so those ith hip replacements and knee replacements can do this class. The shoes, called Kangoo Jumps look like ski boots with a springy contraption on the bottom. The spring acts as a trampoline, making it easy to jump without the impact to your joints. It only takes a few minutes to get used to the feel of the boots, after that it becomes pretty natural to balance in them.
